Monica has 17+ years of experience as communications professional on the client and agency side. She is the co-managing director of MSL The Practice since Feb 2013 and also the founder and head of social media department at the agency. Prior to this Monica was the the head of Internal Communication Department at Dacia Renault Nissan and marketing director for Citroen brand for Automotive Trading Services. In 2014 she received the IAA award for PR Excellence offered by International Advertising Association in Romania (IAA).
