Érica serves as a Senior Account Supervisor at MSL Andreoli. She leads social media and corporate communications for Reckitt Benckiser as well as corporate and crisis management for Danone.

In 2010 while at Braskem, Brazilian Multinational Petrochemical, Erica managed a CSR project at Paulínia City, in the São Paulo countryside. The challenge, rebuilding an eco-friendly environment to provide a public park and recreation area to serve 200,000 residents. During her 20-year career, she has managed internal/external communications for specialized industries including petrochemical and financial.

Erica obtained her Masters of Arts in Public Relations Management while studying in England. She also has a Public Relations Degree from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul,  and a Market Masters Degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas – Rio de Janeiro School.
